The simpler and commonly used method is to take the qualified melamine tableware of the same style (that is, A5) and weigh it with the sample. If the weight is the same, it is the qualified authentic product. Another method is to boil it in water for two hours. There will be fakes. Toxic gas overflows and easily cracks.
This is the inspection standard of our company:
First-class product: The product has no blistering, whitening, lack of material, loose raw materials, cracks, stalking, one to three variegated spots (<0.3mm) and the variegated spots are not in the same position, they are scattered, and waste edges ( <0.6mm) The water ripples are light, small and short when they are not in obvious locations.
Second grade product: The product has a small amount of small bubbles, whitening, shallow cracks, more obvious stems, bulging and water ripples, and more obvious variegated points (0.3mm) and concentrated or larger variegated points ( 0.5mm) The waste edge is at an obvious position.
